I usually avoid posting anything negative on here but today I need to highlight how unprofessional a business @Nisbets are! Fantastic customer service however extremely poor credit control! After spending 5k cash they have declined my credit application for 1k! #willneveruseagain

Not to mention that @vrbo failed to inform us of this until 6pm the night before we were supposed to arrive in Tampa, kept us on hold for multiple hours and claimed that we were “jumping the gun on being worried about this.” #terriblecustomerservice #vrbo #willneveruseagain

Hey @AmericanExpress! You called my grandma yesterday, 1 week after her husband of 50 years died and treated her like crap for being 1 week late on her bill. She cried for hours after. How dare you treat people that way. 😡😡 #willneveruseagain

@nextofficial terrible delivery service again. 9 items ordered 1 item delivered. Oh and all went meant to be together. Email confirmation absolute joke of a delivery. Feel sorry for the driver who get the slack! #willneveruseagain
