To avoid thermal injury of esophagus, do *not* cryo-stack. Balloon warms much faster than esophagus.

Starting with summary slide, @Phiso_de says LA structure determines type of arrhythmia. Ex: 2 patients with AF one younger, obese w/ severly abnl, fibrotic atrium, the other 70 years old healthy, w/ relatively *normal* atrium (this pt would benefit from #AblateAFib!)
