Every creature has its unique creature power Here’s the mosquito’s -> keeps other creatures moving Also - #ActiveResting - while mnt biking pushes my hr up high - it also fulfills my weekly active resting. The day after my body and mind are still energized H/t @reddy2go

Total self = mental, spiritual and physical I measure key weekly actions as part of my @thirtytenzero Since cold weather is here I've been slacking w #ActiveResting. Used to take 30min walks in woods. End of 2020 - pushing, plowing, blocking, tackling whatever's needed 👇

Reminder to me: Active Resting - intentionally resting a part of yourself for the sake of recharge Introduced to #ActiveResting by coach working w prof athletes Explained - if athletes don't rest their bodies - bodies won't act as needed when called upon. So to total self 👇

@FitFounder @thecammartinez1 Or 3 kids Last 5 weeks been focusing on incorporating #ActiveResting into my daily/ weekly routine. Examples: Carve out 30-60mins/ day to walk in nature w Binocs finding birds. I'm mobile. I know this strengthens me. No excuses. Listening to a fav song just to listen Walk

@pabeda1 @ProfKausikRay In fact my dad did it for many years, therefore I also started. I love the activities I can have a rest while doing them, and this is one of them (similarly to working in the garden or shopping with my wife in the pre-COVID19 times)! #activeresting #goodwine
