As someone who was in MAGA for more than half-a-decade: "F your feelings" is a myth within MAGA--the equivalent of a political yeti. MAGA is virtually wholly emotional and conformist. The Rorschach test of all this is that many MAGA supporters do know, deep down (as the article alludes to), that Trump is not a person of any morals, decency and principles.
