@currys My father, a pensioner, had his old laptop serviced by your staff and was informed it was no longer working. With help from staff in your Dundee store, he then purchased a new laptop. When he returned home, his original laptop was found to be in perfect working order.
Today he attempted to return the new laptop — only days after purchase — and was refused by the store manager.
He was then left standing outside in the cold and threatened with removal. He has now written a formal complaint to the store manager and CEO.
We appreciate your help on this urgent matter.
