Hey @auspost what is the point of having "authority to leave" as an option if the driver flatly refuses to leave it. I don't want a parcel locker collection or to pick it up from a post office. I want it delivered to my address as requested #auspostfail #leaveasrequested

2/2 Which bank, cheque number etc and when we asked why, they ghosted. SO DODGY. We’ve just checked our home mail box and there it is, address crossed out with a stamp saying ‘insufficient address - return to sender’. @auspost STILL don’t know where it is. #auspostfail

Imagine if @auspost had a deliver on time or your delivery is free policy! Have watched an express post item bounce through every suburb around me but never actually get delivered. Probably drove past my front door on it's journey 🤦‍♀️ #auspost #auspostfail

And now I can’t even fill out a complaints form on the @auspost website because (a) they needlessly force you to create an account in order to provide feedback and (b) whoever designed their website has not read RFC2822 and thinks + is illegal in email addresses. #auspostfail

Isn't it lovely when @auspost tell you that they attempted to deliver a parcel, but you have proof no one walked up to the house, nor did they leave a card for pickup in the mailbox :/ #auspostfail
