@Britishairways I’ve just got onto a plane to Toronto and I can barely fit in my seat and I’m not fat. Even when I paid to upgrade to business to Islamabad there was virtually no food and I was locked out of airport because they didn’t take e-tickets. Shocking service. #avoidba
