@TUIUK if Tui cancel a flight and transfer you to an alternative TUI flight, when you do the transfer, to you change the PNR or do you tupe pax over? Family having issues claiming after TUI canx and reroute saying you can’t find them on flight you’ve booked them on!

Watched Simon Thompson CEO of @RoyalMail on @BBCNews this morning. As a customer of Royal Mail the man doesn’t fill me with confidence, can’t even answer a simple yes or no question! Shows no respect for his employees by not answering a simple question and that speaks volumes!
