@RThomson_SPT I think physical touch is a big part of nonverbal communication in PT, across most cultures. Whether we are applying manual cues to facilitate, guarding, or even helping our patients remove their shoes, a confident yet warm touch can speak volumes! #csulbdpt #dpt770 #RT

@TMarcoly_SPT When I was checking my pt's daily walking log I asked why his steps were low on some days - he said it's because he didn't like bad weather. Little did I know, Vietnamese people see overcast weather as a bad sign. Now that I know, I don't question it! #csulbdpt #TM #dpt770
