-Sent in the prescription
Rx calls: "Patient insurance does not cover colchicine, only name brand."
Me: "Ok, how much will it cost my patient?"
Rx: "Not sure, but we're out of name brand."
Me: Already annoyed by this non-sense. "Ok. Do you have generic colchicine?"
Rx: "Yes, but it's not covered by his plan."
Me: "How much does it cost OOP?"
Rx: "We'll have to call you back."
--1 hour later--
Rx: "It will cost the patient $2.00 for generic colchicine."
Me: "Please fill the prescription."
