just saw an interesting finding in a presentation at #dmi20: the majority of COVID-19 pandemic response apps are developed by governments. But not in Brazil, where the biggest app was produced by a start-up. And then the question: "lack of governmental response?". Well... YES

Closing #dmi20 with our presentation on #disinformation in anti eu groups on @Facebook with similar conclusions to our @lcc_iul study, only in this case the analysed disinformation narratives went out to at least 9 million users 🤯
