@abigailleeming1 @easyJet Hi, I’m in the same boat - appalling customer service. To make it worse I have just discovered that the return flights was cancelled 58 days before I received the holiday cancellation email. #EasyFail

Overnight delayed flight, no food or water, no staff to help, rooms with ants, dead birds, rubble (we have the pics) and no hot water! Welcome to @easyJet customer care! Shameful! #easyfail

@easyJet! Delayed overnight, in the airport today for 8 hrs so far. Clearly no flights landing the other airlines making arrangements for their passengers but we're still stuck with no communication whatsoever!! Flight 9972 #easyfail #easyjet #crap

Two days in a row now that @easyJet have diverted their flights miles from Dubrovnik airport. Why can all the other airlines seem to land but not EasyJet? No options currently to get home. #easyfail

Compré por tel en @EasyArg, me prometieron la entrega en 48hs. Una semana después y luego de 3 llamados en los que me quitaron productos por falta de stock no informada, lograron que cancele la compra... y que inicie el reclamo en Defensa del Consumidor. #EasyFail #BuenMartes
