At first, people were beaten by @PoliceUg for refusing to mop their area's, and today, a life has been lost. What will happen in the day's to come. These are taxpayers who have the right to clean or to refuse, especially since they didn't tell you to misuse their tax money by failing to buy cleaning equipments for the country.
