Maintain and update accurate records in the applicant tracking system, reporting key recruitment metrics and progress. Self-manage priorities and deliverables while working remotely, demonstrating high autonomy and accountability. Represent our customer's team at San Francisco-based career fairs and industry events on a bi-weekly basis to enhance employer brand and connect with prospective talent. Continuously refine sourcing strategies to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years of proven headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startup or tech-focused organizations. Expertise in candidate sourcing, recruitment pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices. Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities. Deep familiarity with the San Francisco talent market and local recruiting channels. Adaptability and resilience to thrive amidst shifting priorities and fast-paced demands. Demonstrated commitment to attending and actively participating in in-person career events in San Francisco. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for high-growth startups or hyper-growth environments. Established network within the San Francisco technology ecosystem.
