The announced export duty €25 was expected by many #graintraders to be actually divided as:
👨🏻🌾 domestic farmers ≈ € 20
🌏 export market ≈ € 5
But smth went wrong:
• world markets remain flexible enough;
• many Rus farmers prefer storing their grains (crop 2020) till July
🇷🇺Russian #government has no choice but to consider raising #grain export duty to level that could have significant impact on domestic #market. Purpose of duty was to stabilize local prices. However, we see that the offered €25 are almost completely absorbed by world markets
