The data for PICSI is much more robust than IMSI. I’m yet to see anything to convince me to offer it. The #habselect trial though, I’d happily offer PICSI

At the moment this randomised controlled data is the best we have between these methods of selection - ie with / without pICSI - there are separate trials of IMSI for morph #ESHREjc

@kashish__ Not mutually exclusive - HA binding selects for mature chromatin though which is more than no dna damage - we already select sperm for ICSI so whenever that happens this is just a question of choosing between methodologies of doing it. #ESHREjc #HABSelect #pICSI
