Rule 107 of the Highway Code states DVSA officers have the power to stop vehicles on all GB roads. They will attract your attention by flashing amber lights.

@BMW_UK really need to start placing safety warnings on the insides & outsides of their cars that drivers must read & follow the #highwayCode & to warn others that the driver is likely to not drive safely.

Beeping your horn aggressively & filming using your phone whilst driving are offenses. Riding a bike isnโt. Keep up.
Horses can be startled if passed without warning. If you're approaching a horse rider, slow down to a maximum of 10mph and pass with at least 2 metres of space ๐ด ๐
