BREAKING NEWS!!!
The biggest and strongest @MLB players hit the ball harder than the average size guys.
Keep this in mind #HittingGurus when you’re focusing on Exit Velocity with every kid you’re working with.
You can’t teach genetics!

Just going to put this out there for all you #HittingGurus who have zero time at a pro level- I’m at a MLB Fantasy Camp and I had a very long, in-depth conversation with a very successful former big leaguer… HLP stuff is CRAP!
Just sayin..

Thank you @Nomar5 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The Swing coaches and #Hittinggurus love to take advantage of naive parents who don’t know any better. Just browse through social media and you will find countless of these self proclaimed #gurus with all the tech devices in their facilities that measure everything from Launch Angle to Exit Velocity to Swing Speed to some fictitious Distance the ball is supposedly traveling. These measurements mean nothing! This is baseball it’s not golf! The ball is moving and that makes all the difference in the world! Find an instructor who has at least had some degree of success as a hitter. My best advice is to “Listen to the PRO’s”
This short clip was taken from the @MoVaughn_42 podcast.

GOLD! The SWING coaches and #HittingGurus love CAGE BOMBS! They are constantly posting videos of their clients hitting 55mph meat balls for video game HR’s.
The best is when the instructors themselves, especially the HLP clan, post videos of themselves hitting CAGE BOMBS and pretend that they actually accomplished something. @thewheelhousenj loves posting videos of himself beating young teenagers in a game called Hitters Knockout. It’s pure comedy especially from someone who couldn’t even hit at the college level.

I couldn’t stop laughing yesterday when a buddy sent me this video of Josh Cathcart demonstrating the Hydro Bat. If you don’t know Josh and why would you he is just one of the many #HittingGurus who didn’t play past High School who now considers himself a hitting expert. I’ve lost count of the number of hitting gadgets he has endorsed over the years. Josh seems to have let himself go a little bit lately.
Anyway the Hydro Bat? Seriously? 🤷🏼♂️

Isn’t it funny how all these #Hittinggurus who sucked at hitting talk about how easy it is? 🤷🏼♂️
Just be ready to swing at pitch release and the barrel will magically go to the right spot!
😂😂😂
He could have been ready to swing even before the pitcher threw it! In my opinion, he could have even been ready before the game started. He could have swung at release of the gates opening. When you do that, you don’t even have to worry about hitting. It’s just easy.
I wonder how many of the #hittinggurus will start teaching this to kids? @MLB hitters are built different folks. You can’t just try and copy what they do like @Teacherman1986 and his clan of failed hitters suggest. #shegone
I’m interested to hear what people think of the BAT TRAC. There are quite a few #hittinggurus endorsing it and I know that none of them played at a High Level. Let me know #shegone nation. @notgaetti @BobFile @twuench @billdubs @SliderDominate @ROXSystem @BLocsports @JayGibbons15 @TheRealJHair @DMEASrecruiting @VictorRojas @RVGDag @SalMarinello
The #HittingGurus don’t like me because I call out their BS! You don’t learn how to hit in a LAB by an instructor who uses all the fancy tools he bought to look like an expert. Anytime you see DATA DRIVEN TRAINING it should be a 🚩🚩#shegone @CoachJeffLeach @Hitforth
This is GOLD! This is exactly what the #Hittinggurus do! They post videos of @MLB hitters hitting HR’s and tell kids to copy them. Unfortunately it’s not as easy as the best players on the planet make it look! #shegone @notgaetti @BobFile @twuench @billdubs @SliderDominate
This is the only “hitting lesson” kids should be having. A lesson in “see ball, hit,” compete, and have fun with dad and brother. #ROXstradamus #HittingGurus #ROXSystem
Yeah I played baseball against
@DeionSanders #hittinggurus did you? Nvmd I know your answer. #shegone @TheRealJHair @JohnKruk @WillClark22 @DMEASrecruiting @ToddPratt07 @ChickenMan3010 @ROXSystem @CUBuffsFootball
“Yo yo yo, here are the camps I’m doing with #hittinggurus you’ve never heard of. One is super legit.” If you’re paying for baseball instruction from people you found on social media you’ll get what you deserve folks. #shegone @twuench @lansky_baseball @WillClark22 @sean0murphy
Kids! Listen to one of the best power hitters on the planet. Stop listening to the #hittinggurus who teach “Launch angle” and just hit hard line drives. Thank you Pete Alonso! #shegone @Mets @MLBNetwork @notgaetti @BobFile @twuench @billdubs @TheRealJHair @Gregg_Jefferies
I love this video by @xanbarksdale from 2021 talking about coaches taking credit for kids getting drafted. I feel the same way about #hittinggurus like lil richie taking credit for @Judgie24 to promote himself. We see right through it lil buddy. #shegone @MLB @MLBNetwork
This is so great! Please watch this folks. It’s exactly what the #hittinggurus do! Take credit for a player they worked with and promote themselves. @Teacherman1986 is the poster child the way he uses @Judgie24
#shegone @notgaetti @BobFile @twuench @billdubs
Two things the world doesn’t need:
1. More analytics in MLB.
2. More social media apps.
#ROXstradamus
I’m ready for another day of exposing the #hittinggurus teaching nonsense to kids and hurting their development just to make a buck! #shegone @notgaetti @BobFile @twuench @billdubs @ROXSystem @WesClements22 @TheRealJHair @KevinMench28 @WillClark22 @mikepiazza31 @AMBS_Kernan
The #shegone logo was designed to mock the “Launch angle” swing the #hittinggurus are teaching kids. Apparently they think I’m promoting this swing. 🤷🏼♂️
