just started developing a #python module with #nbdev thanks to @michaelaye : really really nice!
This could be handy (only linux, maybe osx): watch for any modification of files in the nbs directory and run nbdev_export
i'm glad it's not only me that has issues with constantly changing kernel names in the notebook metadata when developing with #nbdev (depending where things are run). I see such diffs also in the changes of the nbdev repo itself. :)
We found that a variant of this idea could be applied to tackle general #graph alignment problems, and used it on hard-to-align #TCR data (CDR3a-CDR3b loop pairing)

This was zero-shot using MSA Transformer, concatenating sequences without special separation tokens. So, we think more could be obtained by fine-tuning. Memory is the main bottleneck.
