The City needs policy change; not higher taxes.
Our editorial board took a long look at #PropC and came to a unanimous #NoOnPropC endorsement. As my Oct. #ReynoldsRap will point out, money is not the answer. If it were there’d be no homeless in SF as my calculations show FAR more than the infamous “$300M” is spent now.
