ARTICLE: In a featured article published in Rheumatology, Po-Ku Chen and his team at China Medical University Hospital leveraged CDI Labs' multiplexed #PhIPSeq platform to discover peptide biomarkers that predict positive therapeutic response to tofacitinib in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Their research identified two key peptide antibodies, anti-SNRK and anti-HUWE1, as effective pretreatment predictors of favorable outcomes with tofacitinib therapy in RA patients.
