@MarioNawfal Informative thread! Kurds' stateless struggle deserves global attention—end discrimination now. #SupportKurds
@TomiconicX The Kurds were pivotal allies in defeating ISIS, yet they now face existential threats from Turkey and the Syrian government alone. As an Iranian, I stand with the Kurds in our shared struggle against Islamic extremism. #SupportKurds #IranSolidarity #JinJiyanAzadi #JavidShah

Dear Prime Minister Netanyahu,
I am writing to you regarding the potential for cooperation and mutual benefits between the Kurdish people and the State of Israel. Our shared interests, stemming from historical ties, geopolitical realities, and the mutual desire for peace and security in the Middle East, warrant a closer dialogue and partnership.
Here are some key areas where our interests align:
Security: Both Kurds and Israel have faced significant threats from extremist groups. Cooperation in intelligence and security could strengthen both our positions against common adversaries.
Democracy and Human Rights: The Kurdish people have long aspired to democratic values, much like Israel's commitment to democratic governance. Support in promoting democracy, women's rights, and minority protections could be mutually beneficial.
Energy: The Kurdish region of Iraq has substantial oil reserves, and Israel, being an importer of energy, could benefit from establishing a direct economic relationship, contributing to both our economies' stability.
Cultural Exchange: There exists a historical bond between our peoples, with Jewish communities having lived among Kurds for centuries. Cultural exchanges could foster understanding and goodwill.
Strategic Partnership: In a region often fraught with conflict, our strategic partnership could serve as a stabilizing force, potentially influencing regional politics towards more peaceful resolutions.
I propose the following steps to foster this relationship:
Formal Recognition: Acknowledging the Kurdish struggle for autonomy and supporting their right to self-determination could set a precedent for peaceful resolutions in the region.
Economic Ties: Establishing trade agreements, particularly in energy, could be economically advantageous.
Diplomatic Channels: Opening formal or discreet diplomatic channels for dialogue on shared interests.
Cultural and Educational Programs: Encouraging exchanges that could deepen the cultural bonds between our people.
Your leadership in this regard could not only bring about practical benefits but also signify a historic alliance in the quest for peace and stability in the Middle East. I look forward to your response and hope for a constructive dialogue that can lead to a fruitful partnership.
Respectfully,
Saliha Gokce
The Kurds are the only sustainable allies for democracy - not Turkey's jihadist neo-Ottomans or the Muslim Brotherhood.
Choose stability, not chaos. #SupportKurds

Dear Minister @gidonsaar
The chaos in Syria continues to pose a significant threat to us Kurds. Turkey’s political maneuvers are driving the region towards instability while consolidating its position. Russia and Iran are no longer as influential, and in the areas vacated by the Syrian regime, Kurds are left vulnerable and unprotected. Meanwhile, the United States is undergoing a transitional period and is not in a position to focus on the current crisis.
You have stated that Kurds and Israel are natural allies. In a crisis of this magnitude, we, the Kurds, expect a concrete step from you to demonstrate the seriousness of your words. This is what we are waiting for.
I greet you on behalf of the Kurds.
@mtracey Self-propelled artillery, tanks, IFV, APC, all armoured but all serve different functions. There are better hills to die on. Why are you not asking questions like "why is Turkey still a member of NATO? Where are the tanks and artillery for SDF? #SupportKurds

In Germany a nine year old girl was speaking Turkish to her friend during recess. A teacher over heard her and demanded she speak German- they punished her by forcing her to write a paper on “why we speak German in school”. Then her parents sued the school and won. ❤️
@nexta_tv Kurds are people that have been attacked by Turkey, Iraq and do not have their own country. While Kosovo with less than 2 million population is a country why should not be Kurdistan ? There are over 45 million Kurds in Kurdistan ! #supportKurds #Kurds #Kurdistan
#SupportKurds I want you all to support my good friend Dana! Up and coming Kurdish star! I want to see all Kurds succeed! ❤️☀️💚@dana_khafaf
