So @jcpenney offers military and veterans 50% off the portrait studio during the holidays. Been using it for years but the experience I just had in Mentor, Oh was the worst. Had to fight to the bitter end to get my discount. #TreatedPoorly

Thanks @AirCanada @ACAltitude for not recognizing a long term and loyal customer. Missed 35k by 1 segment and exceeded AQD but placed in 25K level. Doesn’t matter that cancelled flights made the difference #customersdontmatter #treatedpoorly #really #disappointed
