Why is that if I cancel my @Uber I get charged $5 but if my driver cancels, after I’ve been waiting, and I have to wait for another one. They don’t refund me $5?? #uberprobs

People think twice before driving for @Uber ..I just found out the hard way that they DO NOT provide any assistance or reimbursement if a customer damages your vehicle! #thanksalotuber #uberprobs @Uber_Support @uber

Driver: Can u walk to me? Me: Bro I don’t know this town. You come to me. Long story short had to cancel pay the fee hoping to get a new driver and get stuck with him again and start it all over again. #uberprobs
