Why hasn’t it happened yet?

In the past ten years 10x the amount of dealers have entered the industry so there’s a ton of new capital, probably 80% of them haven’t seen a down market so don’t know how to hedge..also majority of deals happening now are dealer to dealer selling to each other…that won’t last once these guys need money and have to start dumping their inventory
