@HowardHuNASA @mattkramer01 @NASA_Orion@LMSpace @mattkramer01 thank you for the early vision and support to get Callisto headed in the right direction!
STILL NOT OVER IT.
There were plenty of incredible space moments in 2022. Like the Moon transiting the Earth as seen from @NASA_Orion during the @NASAArtemis I mission. ๐ ๐
What was your favorite space moment from this year?
Sound on and dance along! ๐
Weโre proud of the work that the entire @NASA_Orion team has done for the #Artemis 1 mission. Join our celebration and dance along with Orion as it departs the Moon following todayโs final flyby! ๐๐บ
We're targeting Sat, Sept 3 at 2:17 PM ET for our next #Artemis I launch attempt. Our teams met today to review the data and understand the issues we experienced. Continuing to encourage them to take this process one step at a time, follow the data, and learn about the vehicle.
Space exploration is propelled by the bold and the brave. Today, we join @NASA in honoring the heroes who sacrificed their lives to further that cause for the good of humanity.
Their legacies echo through history and continue to inspire new generations of explorers and dreamers.
๐ Some exciting news! We're taking #Webex collaboration technology into space ๐ as part of an innovative partnership with @LockheedMartin & @alexa99 on spacecraft @NASA_Orion for mission @NASAArtemis! ๐๐ฝ

Alexa has made life easier for customers on Earth...excited to explore what voice & AI can do for astronauts in space. Great partnership with @LockheedMartin & @Cisco for @NASAโs upcoming #Artemis mission! https://t.co/tUfXSJngcH
#Artemis I will be the first mission to use voice commands from mission control to a spacecraft in deep space. Callisto, a collaboration between @LockheedMartin, @amazon, and @Webex, will demonstrate voice activation technology aboard @NASA_Orion: https://t.co/tZiisIFxUz
I've been working on this project for over three years and I'm glad we're finally able to make it public. Many thanks to the @alexa99 (Amazon) and @Webex (Cisco) and @LockheedMartin teammates that worked hard on #Callisto! https://t.co/cyrYTTQxnG
This is it: weโve just wrapped up one of the most challenging steps of our journey to #UnfoldTheUniverse.
With all five layers of sunshield tensioning complete, about 75% of our 344 single-point failures have been retired!
โ ๏ธ @NASA_Orion has been lowered on top of @NASA_SLS! Teams are now working to fully secure the spacecraft to the rocket.
This operation will take several hours to make sure Orion is securely in place: https://t.co/Yn0Duht0Fy
โThe parts, pieces, and assemblies that I help produce will travel to deep space. Now, I can say that I was part of @NASAโs return to the Moon.โ
