Yesterday, the International Court of Justice ruled for the third time against Netanyahu and his war cabinet, including that Israel has not followed any of the ICJs earlier rulings.

Despite all this, hostages are not being rescued. Negotiations have been the prevalent tool that has alleviated the pain of hostage families.

When an international actor behaves in this manner, they disentitle themselves from the privileges of the international community.
