omgg, then i get an agent that seems to be outside and I can barely hear, then "transfer" me and the call ends. AFTER WAITING FOR 45 MINUTES. This is so ridiculous.

super love that @OptimumHelp hasn't actually responded in 3 days after asking for my info, then I chat and they tell me I have to call, which has at least 45 minute wait time. What utter bullllll. It's obvious they want to aggravate us enough that we just give up.

@OptimumHelp Yeah. I’ve had the same plan for 3 years now(no contract). It went up like 2 dollars last year but in the middle of a pandemic when I need internet to work from home you decide to price gouge?? Obviously just taking advantage of the situation we’re all in.
