@dhlexpressuk I've waited in all day twice for a parcel and it never arrived. Each time it has been returned to the depot. Can I get my parcel please?! This is very frustrating.

@toscanaeroporti@British_Airways having a terrible experience at Florence airport. Club Europe queue for check in held up by multiple issues. Had to ask for them to dedicate a desk for us as nearly everyone else was already though. Lounge too busy to get a seat. #shambles
@British_Airways Call this Club Europe?? I’ve had more leg room on other cheaper economy flights with your competitors. Don’t sell seats at a premium if it’s the same thing on the whole flight. Some good and a spare seat between us isn’t worth the extra!
