As a Mental Health First Aider; Paul met a member of the railway family to offer help this wk; with sign-posting & used the brilliant @JamesTCobbler #Timpsons Guide to Mental Health book to frame a conversation on possible areas to improve health. Well done for a really gr8 book

@JoanneMCrompton It’s absolutely superb - we did it a year ago; fantastic scenery and route, Black 5 locomotive and Mark 1 coaches = great time. Train was stationary when Paul poked camera through window on Glenfinnan Viaduct.

@SimonZev The only train we know about here @head_shunt is the Silla to Dagenham train that conveys Ford car parts - it cannot be ridden other than by the driver of the locomotive.
