Absolutely appalled to find out that @guidedogs and assistance dogs are not welcomed at Hampton by Hilton Hotel while trying to book a room. This is not only unacceptable but also unlawful! How can you justify such discrimination? #AccessibilityFail #ServiceDogsWelcome

When completing the PEEP form we were then asked if my friend would be able to help operate the evac chair if needed. Something which she is not trained or insured for. I’m on the 3rd floor. I don’t feel very safe 😔

.@TravelodgeUK Watford just checked myself and my friend in. We have separate rooms, mine being an accessible room. Receptionist said ‘I need to allocate your rooms on same floor in case of emergency evacuation so your friend can help you, we don’t always have enough staff.’ 😮
