Trying to report a fraudulent transaction. Have tried to do so on the chat lines , via email and telephone but can’t get through on phone , emails are blocked and can’t use live chat as I don’t have an account . Can anyone assist ? Thanks

@milton_pfc I agree it’s appalling I have called and then get cut off and app only offers a voucher - I am at a loss as to how I can obtain a refund .
