@LNER hi LNER, is there anyone I could contact at Kings Cross to help my partially sighted mother onto a train to Leeds? Passenger assist said it’s too late notice, but it’s the cancellation chaos that is making it dangerous for her to navigate the crowds.

@LNER She’s trying to travel to Leeds, she was booked on the cancelled 13:40. She just tried heading towards the 14:10 and the crowds nearly pushed her over as it’s apparently like the Thunder Dome in there right now. I called PA and they said ‘it’s too late to book help’

@BootsHelp I appreciate I made a mistake but the cost of packing + delivering + the return postage via Royal Mail (I can’t go in store) then unpacking + processing the refund has gotta be a terrible waste of your resources?! The parcel isn’t due for over a week.

@sainsburys Hiyer, will you be giving customers the option to have their shopping delivered in bags now we’re fast approaching tier 101? Would make everything much faster & reduce exposure time to your drivers (and customers as I’m not convinced those crates are ever cleaned!) 🙏

@Hermesparcels My heart sank when I realised Hermes we’re delivering this. Yesterday he delivered one but forgot the other - then I get an email saying I wasn’t home. Today, no van, no driver, no knock at the door then an email to say I’m not home again. Just. Stop. Lying.
