🚨The Unholy Alliance:
How NSCN-IM's "Nagalim for Christ" Trained Under Osama Bin Laden at Al-Qaeda's Terror camps.

■​In 1994, Th.Muivah dispatched 7 NSCN-IM cadres to Tora Bora, Afghanistan, for terror & subversive training under Bin Laden's Terrorist Org Al-Qaeda, according to Vikiye Zhimomi, one of the original Al-Qaeda-trained NSCN-IM cadres.

■The 7 NSCN-IM cadres who underwent the 8 months training at Al-Qaeda's Terror camps are Shimreishang Tangkhul, Daniel Tangkhul, Levi Tangkhul, Vikiye Zhimomi, Hokugha Sema, Reilung Zeliang & Allen Rongmei.

■Their travel logistics were coordinated by James Tangkhul in Dhaka, Bangladesh, who arranged passports for their transit through Bangkok, where they met with Muivah & Isak. From Bangkok, they traveled to Karachi, Pakistan, undergoing theoretical training in Islamabad before receiving practical explosives training under Al-Qaeda in Tora Bora, Afghanistan.

■Since the 1990s, Hundreds of NSCN-IM cadres received military & subversive training at ISI sponsored terror camps on the outskirts of Islamabad & near the Afghanistan border.
As per the Home Ministry officials' estimates, More than 200 NSCN-IM cadres had completed their training between 1996-2000 alone in these terror camps, even after NSCN-IM engaged the Indian Govt in peace talks.

■The specialized curriculum, later detailed by one of the trainee Vikiye Zhimomi, included:
Programme Time Device (PTD) & All Time Switch (Device) ATS Chemical Explosives, Including PETN & RDX Timed Detonators.

■After completing their 8 months training at Tora Bora, the Al-Qaeda trained NSCN-IM cadres returned & deployed these advanced tactics in several major Terror attacks in India:
1️⃣December 25, 1996 (Dimapur):
The terror group tested an ATS remote-controlled bomb on the Gypsy vehicle of politician K. Hollohon as his family returned from a Christmas service. While Hollohon was not inside & escaped unharmed, the blast killed his wife Vitoli, his daughter Nishela, his granddaughter Holotoli & his two-year-old grandson Ninoto. The operation was led by NSCN-IM Lieutenant Philip Tangkhul.

2️⃣November 29, 1999 (Pherima-Piphema): Under the command of Brigadier Hanshi Tangkhul, the group ambushed the convoy of Nagaland CM S.C. Jamir. They detonated 14 powerful remote-controlled bombs, which was later suspected by authorities to be RDX.
Jamir survived the assassination attempt, but two of his bodyguards were killed.

3️⃣December 18, 2000 (Longsa Village):
In retaliation for an incident on January 22, 2000, where a Lotha mob in Wokha beat two NSCN-IM members (Atolu Sema & Solcha Anal) to death for insulting the community, the group planted a time bomb on a Dimapur-to-Wokha passenger bus.
The explosion killed four students traveling home for Christmas & injured 12 others, causing several amputations.

4️⃣October 2nd, 2004 (Dimapur):
The group simultaneously detonated two powerful time bombs at the Dimapur Railway Station & the nearby Hong Kong Market shopping complex. The twin blasts killed 29 civilians, including several women & children & injured approximately 100 others.

🚨The operational link between the NSCN-IM and Al-Qaeda was later exposed to the North East News Agency, The Northeast Sun magazine by Vikiye Zhimomi Sema, one of the original trainees.

We respectfully urge the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to take immediate and decisive action regarding the alleged audio tapes attributed to former Chief Minister N. Biren Singh. The matter has raised serious public concerns and questions that cannot be ignored, delayed, or dismissed without a thorough, independent, and transparent forensic examination.

If the audio recordings are genuine, the truth must be established through due process of law and accountability must follow. If the recordings are fabricated or manipulated, that too must be conclusively determined through scientific forensic investigation. Justice requires facts, evidence, and impartial scrutiny—not uncertainty, delay, or silence.

Fourteen days into this virtual protest, the demand remains unchanged: let the evidence be examined, let the truth be tested, and let the judicial process proceed without obstruction. Public confidence in democratic institutions and the rule of law depends on transparency, fairness, and equal application of justice.

We appeal to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to ensure that all relevant evidence is preserved, independently verified, and examined in accordance with the law. The people deserve clarity, accountability, and justice. Truth should never be buried by delay, and justice should never be denied by inaction.

The Kuki Community expresses serious concern over a social media post allegedly made by an individual claiming association with a COBRA Battalion deployed in Manipur. The statement, which is being widely circulated, is perceived as a direct threat against Kuki civilians at a time when peace and public confidence are critically needed.

If the individual is indeed a serving member of a Central Force, such remarks raise serious questions regarding neutrality, professionalism, and the constitutional duty to protect all citizens without bias. Security forces deployed in conflict-affected areas must remain impartial and must not engage in any form of communal or inflammatory rhetoric.

The Kuki Community therefore urges the CRPF, Assam Rifles, and concerned authorities to immediately verify the authenticity of the post, identify the individual responsible, and take appropriate action if any service rules or laws have been violated.

We call upon the Government of India and security agencies to ensure that all Central Forces operating in Manipur continue to uphold the principles of fairness, neutrality, and equal protection for every civilian. Any statement that appears to target a particular community threatens public trust and risks further aggravating an already sensitive situation.

The Kuki Community remains committed to peace and welcomes the presence of Central Forces for the protection of innocent civilians and the restoration of normalcy. We urge the authorities to address this matter transparently and take necessary measures to reassure the public that security operations will remain professional, impartial, and accountable.

The KukiCommunity strongly and unequivocally condemns the continuous attacks, intimidation, and aggression against Kuki ancestral villages in Ukhrul district and Kamjong district. The repeated violence allegedly carried out by Tangkhul CSOs, Tangkhul pastors, NSCN-IM, NSCN Eastern Flank, Tangkhul volunteers, relatives volunteers, Arambai Tenggol, and Myanmar-based Meitei militants is nothing less than a deliberate attempt to terrorize innocent Kuki civilians and erase the existence of Kuki ancestral villages.

It is deeply shameful and disturbing that while Central Forces move in to conduct operations and restore law and order, Tangkhul women groups and Meitei Meira Paibis allegedly come together to block security forces, creating space and protection for armed groups to continue attacks on helpless Kuki villages. Such actions openly obstruct national security operations and encourage lawlessness, violence, and militant activities in the region.

The KukiCommunity wants to make it absolutely clear that the Kuki people are peace-loving people who have exercised restraint despite endless suffering, destruction of villages, displacement, killings, and intimidation. But peace should never be mistaken for weakness. The continued attempts by Meitei and Tangkhul groups to grab Kuki ancestral lands in Ukhrul district and Kamjong district will not be silently tolerated forever. The Kuki people cannot and will not remain mute spectators while our ancestral lands, villages, and innocent civilians are repeatedly targeted.

The Government of India, Central Forces, NIA, CBI, and all security agencies must immediately conduct strict operations and verification in Sinakeithel village, Sareikhong, Thoyee, Leingangching, and across Kamjong district where the presence of NSCN-IM, NSCN Eastern Flank, Tangkhul armed volunteers, Arambai Tenggol, and Myanmar-based Meitei militants has been repeatedly alleged by local civilians. The cross-border movement of armed elements from Myanmar into Manipur is a serious national security threat and cannot continue unchecked.

The KukiCommunity demands immediate action before the situation deteriorates further. Enough of selective silence. Enough of political protection. Enough of turning a blind eye while innocent Kuki civilians suffer every day. Peace and coexistence can only survive when justice, truth, and equal protection are guaranteed to every community without bias or fear.
