update: got my bm and all assets back 🫡
HUGE thanks to @AnthonyEclipse & @FedotOff90 for the connects, love you guys 🙏
Happy I was able to recover them, but this is still a massive issue with Meta that I really hope gets fixed very soon.
@Meta I’m a brand owner and I have spent over a year building my brand and scaling my business. I spend over $1,000,000 a month on Meta ads. Like a lot of others I was recently banned on my facebook profile for no apparent reason.
My profile (which was never used personally, but only ever to access my business manager) was the only admin on my business manager. I have lost my businesses facebook page, my pixels, and my ad accounts. All pages are still active and my ads are still active. Clearly I have not violated any of the community guidelines, however I was flagged by your AI systems for some reason. This is a huge problem.
Meta’s AI system that reviews accounts is awful and unfairly flags profiles for no apparent reason. Once a profile has been flagged it is going to get suspended no matter what… I did the video selfie verification and was still suspended. And the BEST thing about all of this is that once your account is disabled there is absolutely NO way to contact support.
Can this please be looked into! It has been over a week where i’ve had ads running on an ad account that I don’t have access too. I have sent countless emails to support for over a week only to receive emailed from people who don’t even know how to spell “This is” (they are likely AI automated emails) and they are absolutely no help at all.
Me and pretty much every advertiser on your platform would seriously appreciate if we cut this AI nonsense because it clearly doesn’t work, and implemented some actual human review when it comes to our businesses.

Let me tell you an "industry secret" real quick
At the moment, NO ONE can "unban" your shit
In the past there were GENUIENE "insiders" that click a button... and boom, you're back.
RIGHT NOW AS WE SPEAK nobody can do this on ad accounts, ad approvals, and profiles. The tool got updated
So what do ppl that currently sell it do?
Simple! They contact Meta support again, and again, and again until it works, and they social engineer them using various methods
(which is literally something you can do as well for free btw)
Yet some of you mfers pay $5000/month for that
Big shame!
@0xfriggin@AnthonyEclipse@FedotOff90 meta reps were useless, got mine back bc my instagram page was connected to my BM so I accessed the BM that way. hope this helps!!
If you want to stay stuck at $1M:
- Launch a second brand before your first one is working
- Chase revenue instead of building enterprise value
- Hire a FB agency
- Hire someone the moment you feel overwhelmed instead of building a system first
- Rely 100% on paid acquisition with zero repeat purchase rate
- Pick the cheapest supplier and skip product development entirely
- Spread across five marketing channels instead of mastering one
- Discount your way to growth instead of protecting your pricing
- Launch new products the moment your first one stalls instead of auditing what's actually broken
What did I miss?

@lukasenECOM@SimScaler first couple days a little, everything is starting to get back to normal though. Starting to scale back up now, definitely a set back and definitely annoying nonetheless
Tbf this is my first e-commerce brand. I’ve only been running it for a little over a year, so this is the only problem i’ve ever really had with Meta. You live and you learn I guess, but damn does it suck. Wasn’t aware that this was such a big issue until it was. I guess going forward I’ll have as many backups as possible 🫡
@ecomwagyu@Meta based on that tweet it took about 7 days to get it back still. and the guy had to 1. buy meta verified and 2. wait up to 48 hours… if it works it works but this is absolutely insane…
