@vuecinemas Another disappointing visit to VUE Torbay previously the disabled toilet had been out of service , this time it was the lift , missed 30 minutes of the film . When are you going to spend some money on the place . Staff are excited btw!

@GWRHelp poor service at Newton Abbot today 30 minute delay because we couldn’t reach our train because the lift was out of use. Two wheelchair users sent on their way . Platform staff thought it was acceptable. What happened to the walk up railway can I get a refund!
