@thewritser The difference is that $CVV has a decent chance of liquidation, unlike $CPIX. That said, CEO owns >35%. Unless he has substantial wealth else where, I can't fathom he runs this company into ground and throws away all this money.

@thewritser Thanks! I don’t have strong feelings on both remainCo businesses. $CVV’s real estate is certainly a good kicker. But both ideas probably depend on what they do with proceeds. The thing made me prefer $ZD is the size.

If we see a big return of capital after deal close (ZD can easily buy back 1/4 of shares with proceeds at mid $50/share). Agreed gaming and health can probably get some big$ if they decided to sell.

@thewritser @DV_Situations Adj EBITDA $495m and FCF $280, conversion 57%. For Connectivity Adj EBITDA was $111, assume higher for Connectivity at 70% conversion, that's $78m, so the RemainCo FCF about $200m. That's my very unscientific estimate.
