@SukhuSukhvinder Boss wherever congress has hovt it should weaken the oppn specially bjp . It should hammer from all sides so that they are not in the space to fight just survive and not just run the govt. Only doing public work is not the necessity to win elections

"राहुल गांधी का हाइड्रोजन बम दिवाली का पाखा भी साबित नहीं हुआ"
◆ रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा
#RajnathSingh | Rajnath Singh | @rajnathsingh | #RahulGandhi | Rahul Gandhi
LoP Shri @RahulGandhi Ji and Congress General Secretary Smt. @priyankagandhi ji met Ankita Bhandari’s parents, who are protesting at India Gate against Dushyant Gautam’s appointment as Sikkim Governor.
Ankita's family is crying for justice, while the BJP is rewarding the very man facing allegations in her Case.
As has been said (by John Curran, Wendell Philips and by Thomas Jefferson) “Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty” and this fight against illegal disenfranchisement of 13.30 crore people is the fight for democracy – which is the foundation of liberty.
I had pointed out in my tweet of 5th October that the right to assemble peaceably and without arms was a fundamental right under Article 19 of the constitution. No law or Executive order can negate it or make it infructuous. The order of the ruling party — that protests/demonstrations will be allowed only at remote places has the effect of negating this fundamental right – making it infructuous. They might as well say that people are free to agitate in the Thar desert. Demonstrations are held by common people to convey to the people they have elected to office that they are acting against the public interest/national interest. This order tramples on people's rights. The relevant question is not whether the ruling party may designate another site for the protest instead of Jantar Mantar; but whether there were any cogent grounds for changing the site at Jantar Mantar which has been the designated site for assemblies and demonstrations for long years past. There can be no cogent ground for changing a site which has been so long-standing. This is clearly a mala fide attempt at negating a right guaranteed by the Constitution.
BREAKING only on Bar & Bench
: Why did CJI Surya Kant decline to meet Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge and other Congress leaders? @RahulGandhi@kharge
Sources aware of the development inform Bar & Bench:
1. The issues sought to be raised are already sub judice before the Supreme Court.
2. Under the constitutional scheme, the Supreme Court cannot interfere with government functioning on its administrative side.
3. The leaders are free to approach the Court on its judicial side for protection of fundamental rights.
4. Similar matters are listed for hearing on Tuesday. Any petition filed by the leaders can also be heard along with those matters.
Sources clarify that the CJI has not expressed any view on the proposed march to the Supreme Court on Monday, since no such permission was sought in the letter addressed to him.

Joined the Vishwakarma Puja and the Jindal Vishwakarma Samman at Jindal Steel, Angul today.
Making steel is not easy work. The hands that work through the heat of the furnaces and the noise of the machines are our real strength. The skill, safety consciousness and dedication of our colleagues is what @JindalSteel_In stands on.
Congratulations to everyone honoured today, and warm wishes to all on Vishwakarma Jayanti.
