@oitixion Wait till you run into real health issues and see how quickly your tune changes. Health care definitely, desperately needs innovation and reform, but calling doctors a bane on society is a dumb opinion.
@_simonsmith The Chinese plays a long game of decades. Within the next couple of decades here, most ppl would offload their thinking to AI. Controlling the narrative and thoughts of humanity through free models is way more important than the money that the tech bros are after.

@markobilal@KislayParashar1 The challenge is most of compute needs to be replaced well before 10 years. So a chunk of the capital needs to be continuously replaced every 6yrs.
@Kalshi To get the amount of revenue, it has to provide same amount of value. AI has been amazing, but collectively it hasn't provided that amount of value. Just ask any CFO.
@MattyRollinsoft@BLUECOW009 But newer hardware is faster and consumes less power. So, there is an incentive to move to newer hardware, which in turn depresses the price of older hardware.
