I need you to look at this map out of Montgomery County, posted by Meghan M Manion, their county attorney, yesterday.
Do you understand the CUMULATIVE impacts of what ORES is doing to rural counties in Upstate NY?
Right now, Montgomery County, against its will, is being sited for over 18,800 acres of solar panels.
Remember that 1 acre = roughly equals the size of a football field.
And for context, a Walmart Supercenter plus its parking and setbacks come to around 19-21 acres.
The average size of an entire village in Upstate NY comes to around 1,200 acres.
You are looking at 18,800 acres of solar. Is your mind able to conceive the size of that? It isn't. Our brains can't comprehend the catastrophic sprawl conceptually, which is why this map should help you see that if all of this solar is allowed to be built, the rural way of life, rural businesses, retail stores, agrotourism, designated habitat, endangered species, and Amish communities will be obliterated.
That's why Montgomery County, thanks to Meghan M Manion and the towns of Root, Glen, and Canajoharie, continue to sue ORES over the forcible siting of its projects.
The towns said NO to these solar complexes. ORES doesn't care.
This should be national news. Our home rule has been devoured by faceless bureaucrats in Albany in the name of "green" energy.
$SPY AI Infrastructure — YTD Returns & Why They will keep going higher...
1. $SNDK +820.36% — Spun off from Western Digital, pure-play NAND flash exposure. AI data centers need massive storage capacity for training datasets and model checkpoints
2. $WDC+333.17% — Hard drive + flash storage for hyperscale data centers. Storage is the unglamorous but essential layer under every AI buildout someone has to hold all that training data.
3. $MU +297.32% — DRAM/HBM leader, direct beneficiary of the memory bottleneck Jensen Huang has flagged repeatedly. HBM feeds GPUs the bandwidth they need; without it, the chips wait.
4. $STX +288.62% — Storage infrastructure, same thesis as WDC. Mass capacity drives for AI data lakes and archival of training data.
5. $INTC +263.12% — Foundry + CPU maker repositioning around AI accelerators and U.S. domestic chip manufacturing (CHIPS Act beneficiary). Strategic national-security angle on top of the AI angle.
6. $DELL +225.31% — Builds the AI servers (with Nvidia GPUs inside) that hyperscalers and enterprises actually deploy. Picks-and-shovels exposure to AI server demand.
7. $AMD +150.92% — Nvidia's primary GPU competitor, plus growing data center CPU share. Diversification play for the AI compute layer as hyperscalers seek a second source.
8. $AMAT +140.13% — Semiconductor equipment maker. Every advanced chip GPU, HBM, logic needs AMAT's tools to get fabricated. Upstream of literally everything.
9. $LITE +130.61% — Optical components for data center interconnects. As AI clusters scale, data has to move between racks and buildings at light speed this is the bottleneck layer.
10. $LRCX +127.27% — Another core semiconductor equipment name, etch/deposition tools critical for advanced node and memory chip production.
11. $TER +126.25% — Chip testing equipment. Every AI chip needs to be tested before shipping; volume scales directly with chip production volume.
12. $ON +124.60% — Power semiconductors. AI data centers are power-hungry; ON's chips manage power delivery and efficiency at scale.
13. $GLW +122.61% — Fiber optic cable and glass substrate manufacturer. Physical backbone for data center networking and high-speed interconnects.
14. $KLAC +113.62% — Process control and inspection equipment for semiconductor fabs. Ensures yield on the advanced chips powering AI quality control layer of the supply chain.
15. $COHR +111.07% — Optical and laser components, datacenter interconnect and photonics exposure. Same bottleneck thesis as LITE bandwidth between AI clusters.
16. $FIX +110.80% — Mechanical/electrical contractor building out data center HVAC and infrastructure. Unsexy but critical AI data centers generate enormous heat and need cooling infrastructure installed.
17. $Q +106.96% — Electronics manufacturing; check ticker/sector specifics before publishing, this one's less universally recognized as a pure AI name.
18. $VRT +105.57% — Data center power and cooling systems specialist. Direct beneficiary of the AI data center buildout thermal management is a hard constraint on how dense you can pack GPUs.

Here is your weekly reminder that Invenergy has admitted its Alle-Catt Wind complex in Western New York will kill an estimated 41 eagles in its lifespan.
In order to offset the eagle "carnage," New York is allowing the corporation to pay $2 million to @Cornell for mitigation.
Cornell is the same university that helped restructure our state's Mineral Soil Groups (MSGs) that downgrade what's considered prime USDA farmland.
Better yet, our state's @NYSDEC has a dead eagle carcass shipping protocol so you can send in those mangled bodies and receive your mitigation payout!
If 41 eagles will admittedly die at one wind complex (it's undoubtedly more than that), and ORES has permitted 8 wind complexes for NY to date, that's around 328 eagles that will die in the name of "renewable energy."
At this pace, eagles will go entirely extinct in New York State if something isn't done to defend our wildlife.
These are sick, sick people.
2 years ago, I said to buy $MU when it was under $80. Its up 1350% already.
My target for $MU is at least $5000+ from here.
Right now, memory is the biggest bottleneck in AI says Elon Musk:
$WDC $45 → $750 up 1650%
$SNDK $45 → $2050 up 4550%
$STX $75 → $1110 up 1480%
$DRAM $25 → $75 up 300%

When I tried to review the un-redacted environmental assessment reports as they relate to Fort Edward Solar this past fall, I was met with dozens of pages of redactions.
I tried calling, visiting clerks' offices, and making appointments with ORES. That's when I learned ORES was not interested in hearing from the public at all.
I knew we'd have to buy unbiased science to know the true biodiversity at the Fort Edward Grasslands. We, American Land Rescue Fund, did just that by hiring Hudsonia Ltd. and a PhD ecologist to compile an environmental assessment (linking to it below).
To no one's surprise, our assessment was the first and ONLY piece of scientific literature on the scene here to address, or even acknowledge, pollinators and their dependence on grassland habitat.
Here are some photos I took this week, June 2026, at the Fort Edward Grasslands.
It's blanketed in milkweed, the ONLY host plant for the monarch butterfly.
Since the 1990s, we have lost over 80% of this butterfly.
Not too far from this grassland is another habitat for an endangered butterfly: the Karner blue.
As our assessment stated:
"There is a population of the Endangered Karner blue butterfly in the Saratoga Sandplains WMA (Shaw 2025) approximately eight miles southwest of the Fort Edward Solar site, and its larval host plant, wild blue lupine (Lupinus perennis) occurs in Washington County as well (NYFA 2025). There may be lenses of acidic sands in the glaciolacustrine clays, as is the case farther south in the Lake Albany terrain. Possibly both blue lupine and Karner blue occur in the IBA and they should be surveyed for."
I have learned that Boralex, ORES, and the @NYSDEC are not interested in surveying for that lupine.
Endangered species only matter to them when it complements their green energy grift.
In this case, the endangered pollinators and rare plants at the Fort Edward Grasslands stand in the way of a 100MW solar industrial complex that was sold-out to Canada.
So they omitted mentioning pollinators altogether.
I’m being pressured to STOP talking about the SAVE America Act
& they don’t want me to return to South Dakota.
I won’t be bullied & I cannot be bought.
Due to these bullying attempts, I’m also looking at coming to Sturgis.
When I first learned about what was to happen to the environment at Fort Edward Solar, I thought it was an isolated incident.
And then I started to travel to solar complexes. I started to talk to people. Towns started to email me. I learned that environmental devastation is commonplace at every single ORES wind and solar complex.
Rural New Yorkers had lost their ability to govern their towns statewide.
It’s all purposeful, the centralization of power. They don’t want us governing our resources without Albany’s input. So they created ORES.
And I created a nonprofit. This is bigger than Fort Edward.
This is a statewide lawsuit that attacks the RAPID Act regulations and concerns the transmission lines.
Albany took our home rule. It’s time to get it back.
You can read the full petition on our nonprofit website.
Linking below. This will take substantial funding to see it through. Your support is appreciated. Thank you.
We’re just getting started! https://t.co/P2GiwNdlCo

Spotted in Kingsbury, New York, another stack of broken panels, sitting out in the open next to a solar complex.
When panels are broken in this way, lead, silver, cadmium, tin, and zinc leach out of them onto the soil below. They also drop microplastics, glass shards (pictured below), and PFAS (forever chemicals).
Since the complexes are installed with out-of-state, and as we saw in Western New York this week, out-of-country labor, the workers are not concerned with environmental contamination at the worksite.
There is no regulatory body monitoring the installation of these solar complexes in Upstate New York. It's a free-for-all, equipped with green energy subsidies, credits, and foreign corporations.
This is what it gets you. The destruction of our rural way of life in real-time while panels poison prime farmland or animal habitat.
The power doesn't stay local (if it's even tied-in at all). Property values surrounding the complex go down. Taxes go up to make-up for the hundreds of acres taken out of the property tax roll.
This must end.
Democrats are already screaming about wanting more of Elon’s money.
A man who once paid $12 billion in taxes.
A man who creates 1000’s of jobs.
Dems create nothing.
Dems just take.
Dems are like a bloodsucking parasites that need a host.
Alone they wither and die.
