Nigeria ex governor Mr Peter Obi has consistently used the globalist engineered propaganda to not only belittle the grave situation in the terrorist state of Nigeria

Apart from being listed in the Pandora Papers (attached), thousands of indigenous Biafrans from Peter Ob”s hometown in the old Anambra state are actively, forcefully being removed from their quiet homes in the middle of the night by reintegrated terrorists recruited into the Nigeria military, police and special squads.

These innocent Christian Biafrans who have refused to be part of Nigeria are either killed or forcefully taken away and dumped in different Nigeria military barracks, jails and DSS dungeons controlled by the Nigeria terrorist state supported by Peter Obi. Thousands of main market Onitsha traders were punished, shops destroyed, subjugated, traumatized, terrorized by Peter Obi’s successor Charles Soludo for supporting the new Christian Nation of USB. Pete Obi never said a word publicly to condemn Charles Soludo’s and Nigeria governments actions and human right abuses.

Peter Obi NEVER addresses these killings and forceful removals publicly by Tinubu and Christopher Musa because he is fighting the New Nation of the United States of Biafra that was declared on November 29th, 2024 in Lahti Finland.

His economic interests trumps the human rights of USB citizens. Currently Peter Obi in defiance of the Canadian federal court that has declared Nigeria political parties as terrorist organizations has continued to invade and disrupt the peaceful 40 states of Biafra with Nigeria political parties

Government Statement on Unauthorized Use of the Prime Minister’s Name and Misrepresentation of Government Authority

The Government of the United States of Biafra issues this statement to address the unauthorized actions referenced in the attached video.

The individuals mentioned in the video, together with any persons acting in concert with them, are hereby formally warned to cease and desist from any such unlawful activities. In particular, it is unlawful to include the name of the Prime Minister, His Excellency Simon Ekpa, in any legal action, lawsuit, petition, or related proceeding without his consent and authorization.

The Government further informs the international community, including our friends and allies, that the aforementioned individuals do not represent the Government of the United States of Biafra in any official, diplomatic, legal, administrative, or representative capacity whatsoever. Any claim to such representation is unauthorized and should be regarded accordingly.

The Government also wishes to clarify that the Biafra Republic Government in Exile transitioned into the United States of Biafra Government following the Declaration of the Restoration of Independence in Lahti, Finland, on November 29, 2024. Consequently, any person, organization, or entity choosing to associate with, support, or act on behalf of the individuals referenced above does so entirely at their own risk.

Furthermore, the Government of the United States of Biafra, including His Excellency Nnamdi Kanu and His Excellency Simon Ekpa, shall bear no responsibility or liability for any actions, representations, commitments, or conduct undertaken by such individuals or their associates.

The Government reserves all rights to pursue appropriate legal and administrative remedies against any person or group found to be falsely representing, impersonating, or acting without authorization on behalf of the United States of Biafra or its officials.

The Government of the United States of Biafra (Successor to the Republic of Biafra) expresses its profound appreciation for the adoption of Motion No. 186 of 2026 by the Legislative Assembly of the State of São Paulo, Federative Republic of Brazil, honoring the Day of Heroes and Heroines of Biafra and recognizing the historical sacrifices, resilience, and struggle of the Biafran people.

This historic act represents a significant gesture of remembrance, solidarity, and respect for the principles of justice, human dignity, and the right of peoples to self-determination. We welcome this recognition and commend the State of São Paulo for its commitment to preserving historical truth and for affirming the distinct identity, nationality, and historical continuity of the Biafran people.

The principles reflected in this motion are consistent with established international legal instruments, including:

- The Charter of the United Nations, particularly the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples.
- The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), Article 1.
- United Nations General Assembly Resolution A/RES/80/106.
- The Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States (1933), which outlines the classical criteria for statehood under international law.
- The United States of Biafra Lahti Declaration of 29 November 2024.
- The United States of Biafra Sovereign Mandate 2026.
