@Zurich Reported claim Tue,told 48 hrs max for drains company. Nothing.Contacted Fri -told email sent that it's urgent. Nothing. Rang 3/08,no access to existing claims out of hours! Single disabled mum with 2 disabled kids left with a constantly blocking toilet. Nice @Zurich

@DeliverooHelp Thanks for ruining our new years eve. Ordered groceries. 2 hrs later, finally collected by rider. Said delivered but they haven't been. And now too late to order anywhere else. A refund is inadequate as no actual recompense for the wasted time waiting and no food.

What awful service. Ordered in stock yarn 24/8, heard nothing. Contacted today, it's NOT in stock. Zero communication from them. Refused to offer a future discount for inconvenience. Order cancelled. Won't be using them again!

@LoveKnitting 5 days after order still awaiting despatch, customer service can't tell me when it will be sent,no next day delivery to compensate. Nothing on website warning of delays. What crap service π
@AskHalifaxBank That's earliest the engineer can come back to fit the part. This is Halifax emergency cover I pay for and not a 'benefit' associated with an account. I've asked them to find an engineer who can come sooner, or arrange alternative accommodation - they said they'd get back to me :/

Have home emergency cover. Boiler broken - no heating or hot water. Need new part. Told engineer will fit it in EIGHT days!! Two young children crying with cold and none of us can wash. What crap service - so unacceptable :-/
