Going well. I’m a GC, mainly residential but some light commercial. I want the flexibility to not be tied into something. I can be a sub for another GC, or I can do my own jobs. Multiple scopes for both.
I’d recommend it if you can find good subs and it fits your line of work. I’ve got some hourly labor subs, also. They’re more expensive than an employee but often cheaper than getting a sub to bid a job. They work out really well for complicated remodels or even quick smaller jobs.
@Alex_li@CollinJHumphrey Yup my dad had 30+ guys in early 2000’s. Pivoted to all subs, some of his employees started their own gig and they still work on projects together. Worked out better for everyone. I’m all subs now also.
Cleanup by gov was required before transfer to the private individual, the individual also did cleanup themselves. The southern 3600 acre area was mostly offices and housing. The northern 52,000 acre portion that is now a wildlife refuge still holds unexploded ordnance and depleted uranium from munitions testing. The area that the data center is proposed to be built on was an old airfield.
Not “um, wrong” 1997 were very similar to 1993-1996. 1998 is when they switched body styles to the newer body style. I don’t need google to tell me that, but since you want to act like a prick, here are you go. If you think that truck pictured is a 1990-ish, then I can’t help you. 87-91 was brick nose, that picture is definitely not a brick nose.
