@UberUKI_Support Your site doesn’t give me an option of complaining about the discgraceful wait. I have cancelled and taken the hit which is exactly the only option I had to do other than wait what would now be predicted as 2 hours for a pizza.
@EE@Plusnet Sadly no @Plusnet refused to waiver the charges as it had been “escalated to debt collection” . Turned to a public forum as it’s caused so much stress and countless phone calls
So @EE tell us to leave @Plusnet to move to @bt_uk as they’re all the same company & we will incur no charges. We do this and @plusnet send us a bill and a lovely bailiff fee due to how long it took to for one of them to take responsibility. Make it make sense
@HSBC_UK why have operators when you they need to send you to an automated system which then in turn doesn’t work…. All to be able to access the online banking… to not have to call an operator. New customer and wow.. what a first impression
@LNER@thetrainline as I had to take the delayed 10;30, not the cancelled 8:30 as planned and now that first class (only choice of ticket at the time) has no service for the journey, am I even allowed to request a refund?
@thetrainline@LNER 8:30 King’s Cross train cancelled, no notification, let me download my tickets this morning and now sat for 2hrs to wait for the unreserved 10:30 that I would have got in the first place but couldn’t buy 2 weeks ago…. Absolute shambles
@LNER@thetrainline They were sadly the cheapest option as given by @thetrainline (presumably the last available!) luckily I didn’t need the later train which would have totalled over £400 without my railcard.
@LNER@thetrainline can someone please explain how this is acceptable. Absolute disgrace that even with a rail card the cost of train travel home for Christmas is this extortionate but the journey back is not…
