I request Shri @RameshOffcl , the Hon'ble Minister for @tnhrcedept considers these as something that would benefit Temples in Tamil Nadu immensely.

Tiruvannamalai - Holy Temple - Holy Mountain - Holy Tanks - all endangered by encroachers - with Govt turning a blind eye for more than 15 years.

Ten months ago, Temple and Animal Welfare Activist - Advocate Shri Elephant Rajendran - had filed important PILs regarding removal of encroachments in the sacred hill of Tiruvannamalai and about 140 ponds, canals and other water bodies there.

Hon’ble Division Bench had then appointed an Advocate Commissioner to inspect and report. After seeing the shocking report of the Advocate Commissioner about the 1000+ illegal houses in the Hill (in temple and forest land), the Division Bench appointed a Retired Judge of High Court to further assess the situation.

The Government after assuring the Retired Judge that the encroachments would all be removed before 31st March 2025, transferred the District Collector who was taking steps to remove the illegal occupants.

Today Advocate Elephant Rajendran brought before the Hon’ble Bench of Chief Justice of Madras High Court the complete failure of the Government to remove the encroachments.

The Hon’ble 1st Bench took a stern view of the lack of credible steps from the Government to remove encroachments from the forest land and from the water bodies.

It has directed the District Collector to file an affidavit regarding what steps have been taken so far. Court may pass final orders by 27th of this month. We can expect major redemption of Tiruvannamalai environs.

The more than 1500 year old Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple, Tiruvannamalai - The misfits and frauds in @tnhrcedept shamelessly wanted to build a shopping complex right in front of the Raja Gopuram of the temple. This was stopped by the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Madras High Court in Nov 2023.

The frauds in the @tnhrcedept have built two cottages in the Fourth Prakara of the temple and the UNESCO experts who inspected the temple in the year 2017 were shocked to see this and they had given a report to the Madras High Court.

NOW, some huge constructions are going on the 4th Prakara of this ancient temple. Many trees have been uprooted for this. The greed of the illegally present @tnhrcedept is unbelievable. Contracts and Civil Works are everything. Open looting of temple funds.

1. The Shameless Dept. does not follow Provisions and Rules of TN HR&CE Act, 1959

2. The Dept is violating Heritage Commission Rules

3. The Dept violates directions by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

@ASIGoI should obey the orders of Division Bench of Madras High Court and inspect the temple at once.
These illegal works that are being carried out INSIDE the ancient temple should be stopped at once.

In India, running a small business is a survival game.

Here’s my experience as a business owner.

I applied for copyright of our digital work back in 2022.

It’s 2025 now, and the case is still waiting for a hearing.

I reached out to every possible government department. No one ever replied.

I even messaged several MPs on LinkedIn and Twitter. Of course — no reply.

That’s how lazy and careless the system is.

All the government websites look like they were made in the Stone Age. Nobody picks up the phone.

The system is designed in such a way that you’re either forced to hire a lawyer or visit their offices in person— just so they can demand a bribe.

We pay income tax, GST, Swachh Bharat cess, professional tax, road tax, fuel tax, and God knows what else. But when we actually need help? ZERO support.

Businesses spend more time fighting the system than running the business.

And still, our ministers are audacious enough to blame entrepreneurs rather than fix the system!

The frauds in TN Govt and the @tnhrcedept have illegally kept an Executive Officer in Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple, Tiruvannamalai from 13.12.1951.

This ancient Saivite Denominational temples suffered losses up to Rs. 1000 Crores due to the illegal presence of Govt in it for more than than 70 years.

EXAMPLE: The temple has (had) 30 acres (544 grounds - 1.3 million sq. ft) of land in Adayar, Chennai endowed by Mylapore Shri Ramaswamy Mudhaliar. These Temple lands were encroached by shameless Hindus and Nattukottai Chettiars who have donated extraordinary wealth this temple recovered the lands through legal means.

Today - the Biggest ENCROACHER of Temple lands - the @tnhrcedept shamelessly says that the temple has only 240 grounds there. Bulk of the remaining 240 grounds too are under chronic encroachments with the fraud temple administration doing NOTHING credible to recover the arrears and the lands.

There are another 120+ grounds of lands in Royapettah, Chennai belonging to Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple. All under encroachments.

WE need a serious External Audit for this temple to assess the loss of lands and also the status of jewels and valuables of this temple - given and recorded - by Nattukottai Chettiars. (See pic)

The Joke is - the @tnhrcedept has built a "Camp Office" in the lands in Adayar - without realising the 100 Crore rupees arrears in rentals for many years now.
