But they can’t help me. Vacations are supposed to be fun. I was warned while booking that I’d be responsible for hotel fees, NOTHING about additional fees for the car or that they’d be closed at 6 when my flight landed at 5:30. So insane. And my room isn’t even very cool. :(

@priceline Every trip is a big deal?? Mine isn’t. Terrible rental car company that you partner with - NU left me stranded at the airport and then closed. After multiple Uber trips I made it back the next day to get my car and there was an additional $400 “deposit”

So now I’m stranded in the 113 degree desert with no car. And all they can do is offer to refund my car rental. I’m stuck in my hotel. It’s too hot to walk anywhere. My vacation is ruined. Waiting for a “manager” to call me back to tell me again how sorry they are.

Been trying to seek reasonable accommodations at a brand of @ChoiceHotels . Kept being told they can’t help since it’s locally owned and operated. Told me to call chamber of commerce. All avenues of complaint lead back to them! They need to make this right.

Having trouble with a sleepInn in Marshall MN Refusing to give reasonable accommodations to a group of disabled folks. Literally all complaint avenues lead to @ChoiceHotels But they won’t help us.

When they wont even do the bare minimum for disabled folks, I get this telling me they don’t discriminate based on sex, race, religion or gender. So folks with disabilities don’t count? Simple easy requests that are guaranteed under the ADA. No help from @ChoiceHotels

Sad and angry. @ChoiceHotels refuses to help with one of their “brands” SleepInn who is not giving us our reasonable request for a group of disabled individuals. What’s the hard request? A guarantee of adjoining rooms. They need staff. Is this so hard?
