@easyJet hi there - my elderly mother no longer wishes to travel tomorrow - she was due to fly JER-MAN on Monday but the flight was cancelled and rebooked for today but that’s now also delayed until tomorrow. How can I cancel this for her and get a refund? Thanks
@OctopusEnergy Hi there. Was so excited to finally be able to add my BMW as a device again for IO - except it is saying it’s unplugged even when it’s charging so still doesn’t work - very frustrating! Any ideas?
@OctopusEnergy Hello there - I just removed the device from Intelligent Octopus as it’s been really glitchy and that’s fixed it in the past. Just gone to re-add and it says BMW isn’t supported anymore?! Help!
