@Rob_NBF I recommend reframing “age” with “duration” since the cause of getting fat is not age. It’s just how long you spend not doing the stuff that keeps you thin. So as people spend their time unwisely, and they get older (confounding variable), they blame age.
@DaveEDanna How amazing are you going to feel in 12 months when you recognize the massive progress you made, and realize it was far easier than expected?
Telling that Twitter people describes workers as “maintaining” the platform. You think maybe that’s why Elon Musk think they need to be let go? He’s not there to “maintain” things. Get a clue, Twitter.
@ZubyMusic Totally. I find jet lag is basically zero if I do two things: 1) Use self hypnosis on the flight, to reset my clock; 2) Stay up until bedtime wherever I’m going. Then I seem to wake up feeling great.
So let me get this straight, if you’re positive for covid, you only need to quarantine for 5 days but if you come into Canada and don’t have covid it’s 14 days. None of it makes sense! It’s all a joke at this point!
Drugs aren’t the answer to every human problem. People are more than just a collection of chemicals. They’re human beings. They have souls. If they’re sad or sick, Pfizer may not be the solution.

@dennisyu This also counts for people who have made a ton of money, do not live a particularly fulfilling / happy life, but post pics to make it appear they are.
@jerryteixeira@BodyRecompExprt@NukeAmbition I agree with both of you here. I like to focus on protein for my two main meals, and then if I feel like I need some kind of snack before bed (I find it can help sleep, if not too heavy), a bit of carbs feels good.
@DoctorTro Tro, this video was inspired, in part, but may of the things I’ve read from you over the years. https://t.co/0Va0Tfj8Op. It’s pretty short and covers this topic in a way that I have not seen discussed before, but is totally logical to us.
@slooterman We teach communication skills to lots of docs. “Pain” is a so-called “painted word”. We teach them to replace “pain” with “discomfort” for example. When a doc says something will be painful, and they have prestige/authority, it makes the pain worse.
