@MerlinapUK we have a very disappointed mega fan in the house. Just got his pass (birthday present) and the friend passes run out in March before anything opens. Can’t get past your AI to get information or speak to a person/complain… Help please!

Really disappointed in @EE Dorset / Poole branch. My elderly mother is having a dreadful time. She needs help to set up a new phone. They are delivering a shocking service.
@EE Her phone is broken so she can’t ring. She needs to be able to visit a sympathetic person in a shop ideally. That has not been the case in your Poole branch. What shall we do next?
