INTERESTING: ABVP members march to Vidhan Bhavan in Ranchi protesting exam irregularities. Fair enough. But where was ABVP when exam leaks were exposed in BJP-ruled states, or when students marched at Jantar Mantar?
Why can’t ABVP, NSUI, AISA and SFI come together for a joint action plan against exam leaks and irregularities?
Or does partisan politics mean that where you stand depends on where you sit—with one set of rules for opposition states and another for states ruled by your own party? Why not stand up for ALL affected students in ALL states? 🙏

या कार्यक्रमास मा. श्री. रामलाल जी(अखिल भारतीय संपर्कप्रमुख, राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ) आणि श्री. जितेंद्र भोपळे (संचालक, नगर रचना व मूल्यांकन विभाग, महाराष्ट्र शासन) यांची प्रमुख उपस्थिती लाभली. तसेच मा. श्री. @profmandar (राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष, अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद), मा. श्री. @jdevdatt (राष्ट्रीय सह संघटन मंत्री, अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद) आणि मा. श्री. @GITESH_D (क्षेत्रीय संघटन मंत्री, अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद) यांचीही विशेष उपस्थिती लाभली.

The closure of Mahesh Tutorials is not just the story of one institution it is a reflection of a growing dependence on private coaching and a system that has weakened trust in schools and colleges.

Thousands of students. Thousands of parents. One question: Who is accountable?

Education cannot be treated as a commercial product. Students cannot be left stranded after investing their time, trust, and hard-earned money.

ABVP demands:
• Immediate accountability for those responsible.
• Protection of students and parents from financial and academic uncertainty.
• A strict Coaching Class Regulation Act in Maharashtra.
• Stronger schools and colleges so that quality education is delivered where it belongs, not outsourced to coaching institutes.

First, they tried to bury the issue. Now, they're trying to bury the investigation.

When the Mumbai University TYBCom paper leak came to light, ABVP Mumbai was the first to raise its voice, forcing the University to register an FIR and initiate action. But suspending a few staff members cannot become a convenient escape from a much larger conspiracy.

Recognising the seriousness of the matter, ABVP took the issue to the Hon'ble Governor, the State Government, and concerned Ministers, demanding the constitution of an SIT and a thorough, impartial investigation.

Today, when the State Government itself has directed a CID investigation, the University continues to delay and evade its implementation.
The question is simple:
If the University has nothing to hide, why is it so afraid of a CID investigation? Who is being protected? Why is the Government's directive being ignored?

Students deserve the truth, not scapegoats. They deserve accountability—not delays.

ABVP Mumbai will not allow students' futures to be sacrificed to protect the guilty. Our agitation will continue until every person involved is brought to justice. 🚩

From the outset, ABVP Mumbai consistently demanded a fair, impartial, and independent investigation, ensuring that the issue was not ignored.

The Government has now ordered a CID inquiry into the matter.

While this is a significant step towards accountability, the pursuit of justice does not end here. ABVP Mumbai will continue to monitor the investigation and demand strict action against every individual found responsible.

No compromise on students' future. No protection for the guilty.

MKES College Negligence Costs Students Their Exams; ABVP Warns of Agitation

At MKES College situated in Malad, Several students have missed their examinations after being unable to complete their ATKT registration due to technical issues on the registration portal before the deadline of 23rd May.

According to students, despite approaching the college administration on 1st June, no concrete action was taken and their concerns were ignored, resulting in many students missing their first paper.

Prashant Mali, Mumbai Mahanagar Mantri, ABVP quoted
"Students should not suffer due to flaws in the system and the negligence of the administration. The college must immediately allow affected students to appear for their remaining examinations and make suitable arrangements for those who missed their first paper due to this issue."

He further warned that if MKES college fails to provide justice to the affected students, ABVP will launch a protest against the administration's negligence and its impact on students' academic future.

अभाविप पूर्वकार्यकर्ते, मुंबई विद्यापीठाचे माजी अधिसभा सदस्य तसेच स्वामी विवेकानंद युवा प्रतिष्ठान, गिरगावचे संस्थापक अध्यक्ष मा. श्री. पराग वेदक यांचे दुःखद निधन झाले.

मा. पराग वेदक जी यांनी स्वामी विवेकानंद युवा प्रतिष्ठानच्या माध्यमातून गिरगावातील युवकांमध्ये हिंदू संस्कृती, राष्ट्रभक्ती व स्वामी विवेकानंदांचे विचार रुजवण्यासाठी अथक कार्य केले. युवकांना संघटित करून समाजकारण व राष्ट्रकारणाची प्रेरणा देण्यात त्यांचे योगदान मोलाचे होते.

त्यांच्या जाण्याने सामाजिक, शैक्षणिक व राष्ट्रवादी विचारांच्या क्षेत्रात कधीही भरून न येणारे नुकसान झाले आहे. ईश्वर त्यांच्या आत्म्यास सद्गती देवो !

मुंबई विद्यापीठ प्रश्नपत्रिका फुटी प्रकरणी आज केंद्रीय शिक्षण मंत्री श्री. धर्मेंद्र प्रधान यांची अभाविप मुंबई महानगर मंत्री श्री. प्रशांत माळी यांनी भेट घेऊन सविस्तर चर्चा करत निवेदन सादर केले.

या गंभीर प्रकरणाची दखल घेऊन राज्य सरकारला आवश्यक निर्देश देण्यात यावेत, दोषींवर कठोर कारवाई करावी तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांना न्याय मिळावा, अशी ठाम मागणी यावेळी करण्यात आली.त्यांनी राज्य शासनाला निर्देश देण्याची ग्वाही दिली.

विद्यार्थ्यांच्या भवितव्याशी संबंधित या प्रकरणात अभाविपचा लढा पुढेही ठामपणे सुरू राहील.

After taking the fight from campus to the highest level, ABVP Mumbai continues to push for accountability.

A delegation led by Prashant Mali (ABVP Mumbai Mahanagar Mantri) met the Honorable Governor of Maharashtra and submitted a detailed memorandum regarding the Mumbai University paper leak issue.

A clear demand was placed, constitution of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to ensure a thorough, time-bound investigation and strict action against those responsible.

This is not just about one exam this is about protecting the future of every student.

महिलांच्या सुरक्षिततेशी कोणतीही तडजोड मान्य नाही.

मिरा-भाईंदर येथील धक्कादायक घटना तसेच घाटकोपर येथे दोन अल्पवयीन मुलींवरील बलात्काराच्या प्रयत्नाचा अभाविप मुंबईकडून तीव्र निषेध करण्यात येत आहे. अशा विकृत, अमानुष आणि समाजविघातक कृत्यांना सुसंस्कृत समाजात कोणतेही स्थान नाही.

सर्व आरोपींना तात्काळ अटक करून त्यांच्यावर कठोरात कठोर कारवाई करण्यात यावी, या प्रकरणांची जलदगती न्यायालयात सुनावणी करून पीडितांना त्वरित न्याय मिळावा, तसेच महिलांच्या सुरक्षेसाठी ठोस आणि प्रभावी उपाययोजना तातडीने राबविण्यात याव्यात, अशी अभाविप मुंबईची ठाम मागणी आहे.

महिलांच्या सन्मान, सुरक्षितता आणि न्यायासाठी अभाविप सदैव कटिबद्ध राहील. दोषींना शिक्षा होईपर्यंत आणि पीडितांना न्याय मिळेपर्यंत अभाविपचा संघर्ष सुरूच राहील.

ABVP Mumbai strongly condemns the disturbing incident in Mira-Bhayandar and the attempted sexual assault on two minor girls in Ghatkopar. Such heinous acts have no place in a civilized society. We demand immediate arrest of all accused, swift justice through fast-track courts, and stronger security measures to ensure the safety of every woman.

ABVP will continue to stand firmly for justice, safety, and the dignity of women.
